At Joseph Brot, we bake everything using traditional recipes - and we do so on principle! But that's not all: we prepare our dough with 100% ingredients from organic Austrian farms and give it at least 24 hours rest before we bake it twice in our steam oven. That's how a baker with principles bakes bread that stays true its principles.
Slice it and see just how it bends and retains its form. But you can break it too. What you can't do is except it to be pressed into a pre-fab form - that's out of the question at Joseph Brot.
