Our Ur-Gut Kornspitz combines rare ancient grain varieties from our initiative. The varieties originate from different Austrian regions and are gently processed — not only into flour, but also into malted grains and flakes, which ensure a good bite and a harmonious texture. The result is a Kornspitz with an aromatic, malty taste.
