Our “Genusstasche” brings together four handmade Christmas classics from our bakery – organic Christmas bread, organic vanilla crescents, organic Florentines and organic Elisen gingerbread:
The Christmas bread is an aromatic, festive bread with 72 h fermentation, moist and refined with pickled black walnuts. Mildly sweet and nutty in taste and therefore perfect for the festive season. The vanilla crescents are shaped and baked by hand with real vanilla and tonka beans. The crispy Florentines made from flaked almonds, butter and honey are dipped in chocolate from Original Beans. Our Elisen gingerbread is hand-dipped on wafers, topped with almonds and finished with a fine thread sugar glaze after baking.
